The AUA Acopian Center for the Environment will be making recommendations for candidates to participate in the International Training Program at the Acopian Center for Conservation Learning in the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary in Kempton, Pennsylvania.

Through the International Training Program, Hawk Mountain Sanctuary’s Acopian Center for Conservation Learning offers hands-on learning and field experiences to individuals committed to a career in natural-resource conservation with focus on raptors. Trainees:

Hawk Mountain trains up to 14 exceptional individuals per year. Trainees are selected through a highly competitive process.

The program covers costs of travel, accommodations, and meals. 

Interested candidates from Armenia and Georgia are asked to send their names and candidature to the AUA Acopian Center for the Environment for pre-selection.

Candidates must have knowledge of English language and a high likelihood of continuing a career in natural resource conservation.
