The roundtable discussion on “Pathways Toward Dumpsite Closure in Armenia” has been organized within the framework of the Sweden-funded “Waste Policy Armenia” program. The purpose of the event was to open a practical dialogue on how Armenia can take phased, effective, and financially feasible steps toward closing non-sanitary dumpsites and transition toward modern waste-management systems.
The discussion brought together representatives from municipalities, government institutions, experts, civil society, the private sector, and the media.
