Workshop — Global Progress in Optimizing Mining Processes: Prospects for Armenia

The American University of Armenia (AUA) Center for Responsible Mining, the Armenian International Mining & Metallurgical Society (AIMMS), and the International Chamber of Mines of Armenia (ICMA) present Global Progress in Optimizing Mining Processes: Prospects for Armenia, a daylong workshop featuring industry and academic talks on reducing the environmental and resource footprint of metal mining. Topics will include minimizing waste, optimizing power and water usage, and handling bulk materials, BAT, and other related topics. The Workshop is co-sponsored by the Canadian Embassy in Armenia.
